About us

The Kalman Study Tour 2025 is organised by a committee of 8 motivated Systems and Control students. We are members of DSA Kalman, the study association for students in the MSc Systems and Control programme at Delft University of Technology.

This year, we are travelling to Seoul, a city known for its technological advancement and rich cultural heritage. The aim of the Study Tour is to help students broaden their academic and cultural perspectives, while also offering insights into potential future career paths. By visiting companies, universities, and experiencing local life, we hope to connect theory with real-world applications and inspire our fellow students through international exposure.

Becoming a partner

Prior to and during the Study Tour, the participating students will visit several companies, both in the Netherlands and abroad. These 24 students are selected based on their motivation and resume. Most of them are in the final stages of their studies and are actively exploring opportunities for internships, graduation projects, or full-time employment.

Collaborating with the Kalman Study Tour provides a unique opportunity to connect with a group of highly skilled and motivated engineering students. In the months leading up to the tour, the students will participate in company lectures and inhouse days provided by our partners. These sessions allow students to explore the opportunities there are after their studies and it provides our partners with valuable exposure and the chance to engage directly with System and Control students.

Beyond case studies and lectures, we are open to a wide range of collaborations — from workshops to company visits or passive advertisement. We are always happy to explore custom opportunities!

If your company is interested in collaborating with us, please feel free to reach out at studytour@dsakalman.nl. We’d be glad to discuss the possibilities and find the right way to work together.
